Location: West London — 3–4 days in office, 1–2 days remote
Contract: Paid Internship (3–6 months)
Hours: Flexible between 7am–8pm
Compensation: Paid (rate discussed at interview)

About the Role

UNSUNG is offering a paid internship for someone with strong cultural awareness, creative instinct and a genuine interest in fashion, art, digital culture and agency life.

This role gives you hands-on experience inside a high-growth creative agency, working across real campaigns, shoots, strategy, content ideation and marketing operations. You’ll be learning directly from the founders and wider team, contributing meaningfully to live projects.

This is a rare opportunity for someone ambitious, curious and culturally literate who wants to develop quickly.

Responsibilities
• Support production days (on-set assistance, logistics, talent coordination)
• Assist with creative research, moodboards, decks and references
• Help ideate and produce social content (TikTok, Reels, short-form)
• Support paid media tasks (creative prep, content formatting, research)
• Assist in marketing activities including reporting, insight gathering and scheduling
• Participate in creative brainstorms and concept development
• Provide general studio and administrative support

Requirements
• Strong interest in fashion, culture, art, content and digital behaviour
• Organised, proactive and willing to learn at speed
• Confident communicator with good attention to detail
• Comfort working across multiple tasks
• Basic skills in any of the following are a plus (not required):
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Editing (Reels/TikTok)
• Photography/film
• Copywriting
• Social media
• A strong sense of cultural taste and alignment with UNSUNG
