Location: West London — 3–4 days in office, 1–2 days remote
Contract: Employed or Freelance (Freelancers must sign a Non-Compete + Confidentiality Agreement)
Hours: Flexible between 7am–8pm

About the Role

UNSUNG is seeking a Production Manager with exceptional taste and the ability to run multiple culturally-led shoots per week. You’ll oversee logistics, talent, and creative delivery across fashion, art and content teams - maintaining precision, pace and creative integrity.

Responsibilities
• Run end-to-end production for all shoots (pre → shoot → post)
• Manage calendars, budgets, logistics and call sheets
• Book crew, talent, stylists, photographers and locations
• Maintain oversight of UNSUNG talent activity + availability
• Protect creative standards across all output
• Problem-solve quickly and keep sets running smoothly

Requirements
• 2–6+ years production experience
• Strong network in London’s creative scene
• Culturally fluent across fashion, art, subculture
• High-level organisation + leadership
